Legal Due Diligence (Legal Audit)

On behalf of our Clients we conduct the required legal audit before making such transactions as: the purchase of a corporate business, mergers, acquisitions, buying stocks or shares in commercial companies and procurement of real estate.

By conducting legal due diligence, we analyze the overall activity of the test subject (i.e. we verify the legal titles to the real estate properties and other assets, commercial contracts, we examine the litigation cases, the administrative law lawsuits).

In our final report, we present the investor with a formal and legal standing of the potential counterpart; we indicate the possible risks that may arise for the Client in connection with the schedule transaction, such as: restitution claims of former owners, limitation of claims, the lack of the required license, which allow the investor to make the right decision regarding a planned capital investment.
